On the morning of 26th March, the two day’s “Foreign Students Sports in China,Sunshine Sports Culture Journey（Hubeisession）” competition took place at Huazhong Agriculture University inWuhan, Hubei province, it is hosted by Ministry of Education of Hubei province,undertaken by Huazhong Agriculture University and cohosted by Hubei provincecollege student sports association and Hubei province college internationalstudents management association. 17 international students and 6 Chinesestudents from international college of our university took part in the activity.

On the morning of 26th March,the international students from Hubei province’s 13 universities gathered in gymnasiumof Huazhong Agriculture University where the “Foreign StudentsSports in China,Sunshine Sports CultureJourney（Hubei session）”was held. During two days' long competition, there were traditional folk sports, 3 vs. 3basketball game, sports posture display, individual talents show, schoolorienteering and so on content-rich and form-novel activities. In traditionalethnic sports events, international students from 13 universities show theirtalents on the stage together with Chinese students. Demonstration of variousforms of traditional Chinese sports programs showed colorful Chinese sportsculture. In 3 vs. 3 basketball game, the overseas students cooperated withChinese students, showing vigorous and passionate youth. In the schoolorienteering events, athletes tramped over hills and trekked through thejungles, sweating and fighting, shining their wisdom and perseverance. The internationalstudents of our university trained hard before the competition, fought againstwith overseas students from other universities, the spirits of never give upraise them on every step. Through two day’s courageously fighting, they made a successfulstart in the competition, making them the winner prize owner of thiscompetition.

It is said that the contest in Hubeiprovince will select 5 universities on behalf of Hubei province to take part inthe Jiu Zhou session in which the winners will join in the national finals.
